We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns not recognized thereafter.

Any products marked as final sale are not returnable. 

All items must be in original packaging and in original condition. Laundered or used items will not be accepted. Due to sanitary issues regarding fabrics, used items are not returnable.

Shipping charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you insure the return and obtain tracking numbers to trace the package(s).

Shipping is paid by Croscill only if the item is defective or we shipped you the wrong item. Buyer's remorse  return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer. Please use the address label attached to your packing slip provided with your order.

Damaged items should be immediately reported to customer service. Keep the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection.

PLEASE NOTE: for all bedding bundles, bath bundles, towel bundles, and shower bundles no substitutions are allowed. Return of the full bundle will be honored within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price.

There is no warranty on products. If there is damage upon arrival, please contact us. All returns need to be made within 30 days for a full refund.
