I’m so impressed with these towels! From the moment I unboxed them, I could tell they were high quality — thick, plush, and beautifully made. They feel incredibly soft against the skin and instantly added a touch of luxury to my bathroom. I’ve washed them several times now, and they’ve held up perfectly with no fraying or fading. The white washcloths are out of stock on the website. I contacted customer service via the chat to find out when the white washcloths would be in stock. They told me they were in and to proceed with my order. However, the website was not allowing me to do so. They offered no help in this matter. When I called, the directory says choose option 1 for new sales. When I spoke the phone rep, he was unhelpful and said they don't do purchases over the phone. He also wouldn't check on the inventory. Not trustworthy.
